Rotary Valves
Rotary valves used to control the flow of bulk solid material dosage while discharging from silos, hoppers or from screw conveyors etc.
Description
OZB Rotary Valves are made of nodular cast iron with four models which are RV200, RV250, RV300 and RV350. They can be supplied with or without drive unit. The gearbox is set to 30rpm as standard but may be provided as 10, 20 or 40rpm upon request.
OZB rotary valves enable adjustment by hand, without any tool requirements, thanks to the newly designed gasket system.
Drive group options: 15 rpm, 21 rpm, 30 rpm and 37 rpm options are available. Mechanical variator and revolution counter optional.
Note: Rotary valves are not designed as an airlock. Not suitable for pneumatic conveying.
