Description
The unloader unit is designed to hang big bags of 1 to 1.5 tons capacity for quick and efficient discharge.
Units used in many different sectors are manufactured with galvanized metal surfaces in contact with the material.
Units can also be manufactured from stainless steel upon request.

Features
The ergonomic design eases opening of bottom and helps control the discharge.
The twin agitator system can be controlled by the control board and allows efficient discharge.
The versatile programmability of the working modes allows all requirements to be met.
System is composed of vibrating bin bottom with vertical, horizontal forces applied sequencially. Lateral bars are applying. Shock impacts and continuous pressure is sequence to facilitate easy discharge.
For various big bag sizes and materials 5 operating modes are supplied.
